Speed Training is "BACK"! Every Monday, 6:00-7:00pm
We welcome World Class Sprinter, Tim Graf with Graf Speed enhancement to MPX. As a former IHSA and Big-10 Sprint Champion and member of
the 1980 Olympic Team. Tim has been training speed at JJC for over 20 Years...and now is training right here in Homer Glen!
Classes will be held on Monday's at 6:00pm-7:00pm. Drop-in fee: $20/class or 6 week session for: $90 (prepaid). Grab that athlete
