This brand new workout is a complete "SHOCK" to your body! With a variety of stations involving cardio, weights and everything in between, this class is sure to shock your metabolism into action.   You’ll kick, punch and groove the calories away in this action-packed, super fun, super safe and effective cardiovascular workout.   A workout that incorporates high intensity cardio with muscle defining movements to give you every benefit that interval training offers.   The butt & gut program is unique in that requires no bands and no weights, just a pulse and an attitude. This 30-minute workout will lift the butt and tone the abs!   Pilates elongates and strengthens, improving muscle elasticity and joint mobility. Pilates exercises develop a strong “core” or center of the body.   This barbell class is designed to sculpt your entire body to give you the definition you’ve been looking for- and fast!
