We are a training & practice center for a variety of sports which include inline hockey, baseball, soccer, lacrosse, wrestling & basketball. We also offer a health club with the newest state-of-the-art treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, Hammer Strength®, Matrix® strength circuit, Magnum® breaker benches, free weights & more. We offer our Elite Members a variety of group fitness classes from Zumba®, Turbokick®, Pilates, & Boot Camp for all fitness levels.
